"It's only the second art exhibit for La Galeria Gitana in San Fernando, but the reception last Saturday for it's most recent show, "Dreams and Memories" brought a very large crowd and many new faces to the city, some for the very first time. Artist Ellen Brown lives in Woodland Hills and has shown her work in many galleries but said she was particularly impressed with La Galeria Gitana.
It's wonderful to take an area that has history and replenish it with art. It's important to surround ourselves with art and culture." Brown believes the redevelopment of the building and revitalization of the area is a compliment to the artwork."
